At Heeva Fine Food Grocery Store, you'll discover a wide array of Persian unique pastries, foods, desserts, and bread. The staff is not only nice but also very friendly. The standout feature is the restaurant they have. While the prices might not be the lowest, they are reasonable given the freshness of everything they offer. This store is among my top choices for Persian cuisine, largely due to the warm hospitality of the owner, Ms. Minoo.

One the best Persian food..so far..amazing kebob and steak.limited seating space but family for 4 to 6 can easily find a table.their Takeaway packing is the best I have seen so far ..nice selection of tea leaves

We absolutely love coming here for not only their hot food, but for the great selection of Middle Eastern and other less-encountered items! We travel from Niagara to Richmond Hill to go to Heeva simply for their Nan-e Taftoon and kebabs. If you're into Middle Eastern food, this place is great!!

I dined at this restaurant a few times, surprisingly there is no washroom in this location which is sooo weird if you consider health matthers!!! how come they don’t provide a place to wash your hands before eating??!!!! what if a child needs to use a toilet??? the cashier lady never greets the customer but the staff making orders are polite and cheerful! although the food was satisfactory, the employees were not trained well enough to live customer satisfaction!

I ordered Baghali polo with lamb shank through Ubereats. it was extremely terrible. rice obviously was for more than two days ago that they just reheated it. I do not know how to explain the low quality of the food. I have never received such an awful meal when I order online. not recommended at all. do not waste your money here.

excellent store and a very unique shopping and dinning experience. v creative business man. Kudos to the Owner. Has Tea there and purchased groceries and looked around. I would definitely go back as I especially want to try their charcoal BBQ kebabs and other delicacies. Spoke with the owner , a very amicable person and very helpful and friendly staff.
